The Raymond Corporation Appoints New President and COO for Arbor Material Handling
Timothy Koval, vice president and chief legal officer for The Raymond Corporation, has been appointed to the position of president and chief operating officer for Arbor Material Handling, Inc., an authorized Raymond Solutions and Support Center headquartered in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.
GREENE, N.Y. — Timothy Koval, vice president and chief legal officer for The Raymond Corporation, has been appointed to the position of president and COO for Arbor Material Handling, Inc., an authorized Raymond Solutions and Support Center headquartered in Willow Grove, Pa. In this role, Koval will oversee all operational aspects of the business, which services customers throughout eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware. Koval has been with Raymond since 1989 and has more than 20 years of experience in the material handling industry.
“I am highly confident that Koval’s extensive experience within the material handling industry and Raymond’s distribution network will make him very successful as the new president of Arbor,” says Chuck Pascarelli, president of sales and marketing for The Raymond Corporation. “I firmly believe Koval will continue to maintain Arbor’s company vision, as well as remain an integral part of the Raymond dealer network.”
Koval began his career with Raymond in the company’s legal department and later was appointed vice president, general counsel and secretary in 1998. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Koval also served as Raymond’s vice president of human resources from 1999 to 2001 and as vice president of after-market operations from 2006 to 2010. Since 2010, Koval has served as Toyota Material Handling North America’s (TMHNA’s) chief legal officer and as Raymond’s vice president and chief legal officer.
Koval also has represented Raymond as a member of the Industrial Truck Association (ITA), which included two terms as chairman of the ITA’s Lawyers Committee. He holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University and a law degree from the University of Notre Dame.
